Our interview process
Our interview process is designed to ensure a perfect match between you, the candidate, and your future employer. We focus on fostering a long-lasting commitment by thoroughly assessing both your skills and values. Your journey with us is important, and we strive to create an environment that promotes mutual growth and success.
Submit your resume
The first step is for you to submit your resume. This is done through our dedicated email: cv@fortuna-career.com
You will recieve confirmation within two working days that we have recieved your resume. We will also get back to you if there are any clarifications needed.
Informal meeting
If we find a job opportunity that aligns with your skills and aspirations, we will reach out to you for an informal meeting.
This is typically done over a cup of coffee or lunch with one of our representatives.
The purpose of this meeting is to assess if there’s a mutual fit for the role and the employer.
Formal interviews
Should there be a good fit we will then persue a number of more formal interviews focused on you.
Represantatives from the potential employer till take part in the final stage of the interview process.
Agreement
The last step in the process is when the employer extends a job offer to you. This is an exciting moment, as it signifies that you have successfully completed the interview process and are considered for the position.
